"Thee driver was very nice and helpfull but he failed to go inside arrivals with placard to meet me at 7 a.m., he was there at 7 but waiting outside not in the meet and greet the terminal which was expected. I paid the excess but it wasnt really my fault, just a lack of communication. The driver was trying to contact me on my phone but i had no charge after the long journey by plane and i doubt my Philippine number would work in the UK. Other than this problem everything else was fine. Thank you Laxzell Moody"
